Hello,
To do that, you must create your own company theme and change the
corresponding css and .dtl files. That's no hard task. Refer the the Admin
and Developer OTRS Manual. There's comprehensive information on such topics
in there.
Still, some companies provide out-of-box themes for installation. But
they're really rare. The best thing you do is to write your own! :)

I'm very new to OTRS so am still finding my way through the configuration parameteres. Can I change font sizes on the agent display? I find some of the fonts too small to read easily. Also, are there any third-party skins for OTRS?
