Hi, Who has good reporting in place? And perhaps even an extra reporting tool used? Like I would like to have over the last month all the type Change cases listed (preferably Closed), with the time amount spent. Also per agent, changes touched and time spent per... Things like that. It appears you are missing a character set? (Or different local set?)
