yes, no success....
Can you post exactly the command you've executed? Which distribution are you using? Which OTRS version, I guess 1.3? It seems that the problem occurs due to wrong permissions of ~otrs/var/tmp/. The best solution would be to run the SetPermission.sh script with the correct values. Best regards.
