[otrs] Notification for notes

Hi all, Two quick questions about agent notes added via the web interface: - Is there an easy way to have a notification sent to all group members when a note is added (like for email followups) - Is there a way to make the latest note be shown in the queue view, like emails are? Thanks, Alex
