One of my users just asked me again if OTRS could have a quick search<br>
function to search for a ticket number.<br>

We also we phpbugtracker, a great free bug tracker, and on every page there<br>
is a &quot;Find bug&quot; field in the upper right.  All you need to do is enter a bug<br>
number up there and immediately go to that bug.  But in OTRS we need to<br>
perform more clicks and travel through an awkward search form.<br>

Can this be added to the feature request list for 3.0?<br>

We are currently on 2.3.3.<br>
