[otrs] Move from e-mail's from one queue to another

Hello, Would like to move e-mails with specific attributes ( sender, subject ) from one queue to another. Please note that the e-mails have already been popped to the queue so you cannot use the Dispatch on Sender option, done in config file. Is there a way to create a Generic Agent to achieve this ? 10x, wil
