Why not a saved search. Then you can activate the search panel in the navigation bar.
Hi, because I found no search field for lock in AgentTicketSearch (OTRS 2.4.4) :( At the moment I use a saved search to show all open tickets, then sort by lock and ignore the unwanted search results (open, but unlocked tickets).
