Okay, problem solved.
I took a look around in the "queue" table of the
database, and it turns out that somehow I had three
'sysadmin-raw' queues setup in the database:
Administration::sysadmin-raw
sysadmin-raw::sysadmin-raw
sysadmin-raw::sysadmin-raw::sysadmin-raw
It was only the first one I wanted, so once I deleted
the other two, I was able to access the 'sysadmin-raw'
queue. I did have have edit the approipriate tables
to re-key the messages that were in there to the
proper queue ID, however.
