[otrs] how to add language for spellcheck (russian)

Hi all. Are there in OTRS interface for work with spellcheckers? how mechanism used for spellcheck in english/deutch language in default install ? if i have Aspell in system with needed language (russian for me) can I use it in OTRS? Who made it with your own language other than default? Mike
