Hi Alvaro, thanks for your quick answer. I’m afraid FreeTextFields can only be translated from OTRS 3.1, with DynamicFields. Or, at least, this is what I understand from http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7706 Our main interest is not the translation, but remove so many options and leave only the ones that we need... So, do you know if there is any logic in the OTRS:ITSM system that requires that a decision result like ‘Pre-approved’ exists? Can I remove it safely?
