If enable in SysConfig, you will find it next to the “Reply” Dropdown in the Article Action menu.

Before there was a link "(plain)" next in the zoom view from where you could get that mail source text. With the new interface with the default settings I don't see anything like this, only RTF view.
Can somebody point me how can I get such a view or what modules or options have to be enabled to get it?
