Hi, thank you for your quick reply. I am satisfied with it. Can you tell me is there any possibility to integrate OTRS with any other tool that can discover the network? I have successfully worked on GLPI. So can we integrate Inventory part of GLPI with OTRS so that our aim can be achieved?

Hi, I am very new to OTRS. My friend has installed OTRS on linux and also in a few days,i will also be able to install it on my machine. Now i want to integrate OCS or Fusioninventory with it so that it can also discover the IT software and Hardware assets that are in a present network. So can i do that? If yes, then tell me how. And what is required for that?
