
Hi Peter,
You can set that up in the config that the locked tickets are still shown in the queues. And you can even set a specific timerange to unlock tickets automaticly when you dont make a change to the ticket.

Oke, I get your point. I have to see if this meets our business needs, because my collegue must also be able to view my locked tickets when I have my day off.

Why do you have a personal queue? You can use the 'Locked Tickets' button to see what tickets you have locked. And you can choose in your preferences what queues you want to watch (they are combined in 'My Queues').
