No. When CustomerID is not usefull for me, it can be an increamental ID by default.
Maybe an option in SysConfig would help it.
CustomerID Generating:
           1. Admin Enter it.
           2. Automatically increamental ID starts from X. (X can be 1, 100, 1000 or anything the admin wishes)
