      There is a CustomerHeader.dtl the I believe has all the variables.   Just do a search for *.dtl and you will get all the page templates.

            I need to change the interface of the customer page, ( http://mywebserver.org/otrs/customer.pl ) so how can I change it (add logo name and company name, ....)

            I have redhat 9.0 with qmail, and using OTRS v 1.2.4
