After not getting it to run on core 4 due to what I thought was an apache issue, I was asked to get it running on IIS windows to see if it made any difference. So it is running on a Dell 1550 1U server with windows 2003 server installed I installed from a tar as I didn't need apache and I already had MySql installed on the server.
