Hi Everyone,<br><br>I&#39;ve noticed that when I select multiple tickets for a bulk action, they&#39;re automatically locked after doing so; I would like to remove this feature.<br><br>I&#39;ve done a search through the mailing list + google and through the sysconfig but can&#39;t find anything obvious. Does anyone know how to do this?<br>
