You might want to send questions like these to the OTRS people directly http://otrs.org/contact/, as they may not be reading along here. If the OTRS people are not planning on setting up a wiki, you could also setup a wiki yourself if you are willing to admin it. Wetpaint http://www.wetpaint.com/ is nice and free apparently or you could host one yourself if you have the resources. Nils Breunese.
