Yes, you can. If you've locked a ticket you update the owner of that ticket.

There are quite a few users that asked me how they could see the tickets their colleagues closed to get an overview over the asked questions. They find the search-function too complex.
You can save searches, so you could probably create a predefined search to display what they're looking for. Nils Breunese.
