Dear all, i've already installed otrs. setting for webserver (apache) and mysql done. but when i access otrs, always prompt error something like this : Error Message: Module Kernel/Modules/AgentStats.pm not found but if ichecked in server manually the files can be found. what is the problem please give us advice thank you in advance toha
