I think so. In CustomerTicketZoom.dtl I find: # <tr> # <td class="contentkey">$Text{"Accounted time"}:</td> # <td class="contentvalue">$Data{"TicketTimeUnits"}</td> # </tr> You can delete the #'s and then it should appear.
