[otrs] CustomerFrontend

      Hi everybody,

I want to make my question a bit more specific:
Is there a possible way to add new fields, new
variables to the
CustomerFrontend, I want to learn if there is a path
that I can follow for this task because there is some
information in manual how to add new fields to the
frontend, but I found it was not working.
