[otrs] Response BEFORE original message, not after

I had this issue already 2 years ago and configured OTRS in the correct way (for me), but then I had to install it new and now it´s gone. Now, when I reply to a message and choose a response, the response is AFTER the original message, but I would like to have it BEFORE! How can I change this? thanks, marc
