Agents do not get an email sent to them for new tickets in their "My Personal Queues".
Have you enabled "Send me a notification if there is a new ticket in "My Queues"" under "New Ticket Notification" under "Mail Management" in AgentPreferences? Kind regards, Pim Rupert Lemonbit Internet
