[otrs] drop down menu for compose

Hello, I have a lot of responses I have stored. I was wondering if I could change the list of (compose answer(email):) to a drop down menu of some sort so I could store more responses without having the great long list of responses on the right side. Where would I go about changing that in the files? Any help would be greatly appreciated. =Diane
