The Output is generated not only from Agent.pm, but mainly 
designed from the file in the /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/* dirs.
I digged a bit and found it is one change to one file:
$ diff /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentZoomBody.dtl*

Is there any simple way to put Article(Forward,Bounce,Split) and

Queue infront of Compose answer (in TicketZoom)?
I don't really see a simple way to do this, you'd have to 
hack the 
source code in various files, I think. Seems to be some work.
