I just added sorting links (age, state, queue, customer id, ...).

PS1: Is it ok if I move the link (to AgentStatusView) to the utilities section? Because it's probably not a "main" view (maybe confusing).
Well for our use we really want it in the main section since everyone on our support team probably needs to use it a lot but it's your system :-) -- Phil Davis
