
I think I can see how this would work for the compose answer reply form but the forward article form doesn't include any address book facilities. Thus I would need to use the compose answer reply form to send requests to my external support desks. Is this what you are suggesting?

Any plans for an address book for forwarding? I would like to define a set of e-mail addresses per queue. Some addresses will span a number of queues.
