hi, I m using otrs 2.1.4 installed on linux Enterprise v4. This was working fine for past 3 months. Lately i m receiving the following error msg: Can't locate object method "_secflags" via package "Authen::SASL::Perl::GSSAPI" at /home/oss/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/Authen/SASL/Perl.pm line 32. Attempt to free unreferenced scalar: SV 0x1b786b0, Perl interpreter: 0x505010. This error i can see whenever i perform operations like move queues, change owner or create ticket..Also when i run script PostMasterPOP3.pl to create tickets from mails For your information i recently configured 3 mail servers in OTRS. I think this might be the problem..though im not very sure. Can u guys please tell me what might be the problem. This is critical problem that cropped in live environment.
