I have such problem - don't work PostMasterPOP3.pl.
This is the error message I get when running the PostMasterPOP3.pl  
from the command line:
Wide character in syswrite at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Net/Cmd.pm line 232, <PRODUCT> line 4.
My otrs 2.2.4 on FreeBSD
Help me!
