Hi, I do have TicketStorageModule = 'Kernel::System::Ticket::ArticleStorageFS' but if I try to install a attachment in the Admin Area, I need to reszie the 'max_allowed_package'. If your system will have a heavy load of big attachments (> 6 MB), it would be better to use the ticket filesystem storage module (attachments not in the database).
