I can navigate through OTRS just fine, pull up tickets and otherwise interact with the server. Then I try to reply to a ticket and when I press "Send mail!", my browser sits forever at "Contacting support.automaticduck.com" Safari eventually times out, other browsers sit forever waiting for a reply. The last time this happened I restarted the server. I don't want to have to do that all the time!
This looks like a DNS resolving problem. What kind of server is yours? Is Bind running? Is the machine connect to the internet? How high is the average load on the box?
