I believe there was some discussion on this before but I can't seem to find anything. We use an LDAP backend and everything is working correctly. Everything except for when an agent tries to create a new phone ticket for a user with no email address. When a user with no email is selected we receive an error similar to "invalid Mike (Invalid syntax)!".
