[otrs] 关于installer.pl的问题

大家好！     我打算新装一套系统，但是在进行到installer.pl阶段时候，遇到一个奇怪问题，只有在服务器本机浏览器输入 http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl才行，而从其他客户端浏览器输入http://172.10.15.86/otrs/installer.pl就不行，其中172.10.15.86是我计划用的ip。我只想到可能和mysql有关，设置并嘴周检查了一下mysql的用户信息如下： mysql> select user, host from mysql.user; +------+--------------+ | user | host         | +------+--------------+ | root | 127.0.0.1    | | otrs | 172.10.15.86 | | root | 172.10.15.86 | |      | localhost    | | otrs | localhost    | | root | localhost    | +------+--------------+ 6 rows in set (0.00 sec) 请问有可能是什么原因？ 谢谢！ 一个新手。
