MySql Password Problem. The relevant info is Erreur: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client MySql changed Password format between 4.0 and 4.1 The client library has to support the new format, or the passwords to access the Database have to be changed, in MySql, not OTRS .
