[otrs] disabling lock state completely

Hi, Is there a way to completely disable the lock functionnality ? I want tickets to be always unlocked... If it's also possible to remove the tickets' owner functionnality : i don't need it as all my tickets are processed by different agents Thanks ! -- Florian
