[otrs] Session Management as Real Time Monitor?

Hi , Is it possible to use the Session Management functionality in the Admin section , to for instance get real time stats on what agents are currently doing? I think this would be a great feature for Managers etc , has anyone looked into a more GUI driven Session Manager or Real Time Monitor? TIA Danie
