I know what you mean, i have customer Event Notifications configured, and
apparently they are sent a s plain text or so, no images etc...
If anyone has a solution, that would be great!

The first thing you replied isn’t what I was looking for.. rich text is enabled it just don’t allow text formatting from what I saw in the notifications(Event) section I will try the other and see if that will achieve what I am looking for
