Hey, The only option for OTRS 7 is the paid subscription with the business or STORM edition. If OTRS 9 will be released, OTRS 7 will be publicly available. Although there is an installation manual for OTRS 7, i couldn't find the installation (rpm) file or tarball.

Does anyone know where can i obtain it?
