I went through the steps of creating a different user, turning on procmail and inputting my POP3 account information to download mail from my support@ account that I created on my mail server.
I am currently looking at the otrs archive to see if there is something that I am missing, but have not found anything yet. I'm hoping someone could easily help a newbie otrs geek in need!
