I guess OTRS doesn't support this yet, because putting user submitted HTML in OTRS requires quite a bit of checking and probably filtering because otherwise it's probably pretty easy to mess up the OTRS layout or even execute code by embedding it in HTML mails in nasty ways. But sure you can open a bug report for it if there isn't one already. Nils Breunese.
