Hi Rodrigo,
In the OTRS versions before 2.4 the Bulk Action was implemented as a frontend module (meaning that you'd have a button on the top of your screen, just like "Ticket" and "QueueView", to do a bulk action).
In 2.4, the bulk action has been integrated in the S/M/L view of the tickets. You'd have checkboxes before the tickets, and a 'Bulk Action' button on the bottom of the screen to go with that. There's even a checkbox next to the 'Bulk Action' button that does 'select all' if you'd need that!
