      Hi Gilles,

Thank you for this contribution. I had to make one small modification to get
it to work, however. In AgentEmail.pm, under use strict; I had to add the
following line:

use Kernel::System::SystemAddress;

Other than that, it seems to be working terrifically. We'll continue testing
and report back if we have any issues.
