With the url: http://[ORTS-server]/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentStatusView&SortBy=Ticket&Orde r=Down&Limit=&Type=Open the resulting sort is alphabetic, rather than numeric (i.e. a sequence of ... 102, 101, 1001 ... rather than the desired sequence of ... 1001, 102, 101 ...). Is there a way to modify the output so the sort is numeric rather than alpha.
