Hello Martin, thanks for you answer. I forgot to run newaliases after adding the otrs mail default adress and sendmail doesn't relay any meesages for this alias then. of course not.. It's possible to create users and so on, but the system don't send the password to the user-account. Also the password recovery does not work.
