You may never ever make manual changes to the Kernel/Config/FIles/ ZZZAuto.pm file. This file is automatically generated, and will be overwritten :) So, this file will always be modified by the Sysconfig (Admin->Sysconfig) Manual changes can be made to Kernel/Config.pm.
