    have a look at the &quot;ticket&quot; table on the OTRS database. The &quot;id&quot;
    field stores the ticketID and the &quot;tn&quot; the ticketnumber. it&#39;s a 1:1
    relationship so you  can pull this out of the database easily.<br>
