Hello!
I have worked with the OTRS about one month. I have
one very strange problem, OTRS doesn’t send a pending nor escalation notification
when the ticket has reached it’s time limit. However it sends a notification
if somebody moves ticket into My Queue.
Into the system log appears a note when the ticket
move notification is send (Sent agent 'Move'
notification to 'ekuivaniemi@bigdutchman.de'.) , but there appears
no note about pending notification. Sometimes into the system log appears a
this kind of note: “Can't find
notification for Agent::PendingReminder and es, try it again with en!”
, but not every time.
I have tried to check all configurations, but I haven’t
found a solution.
