[otrs] OTRS_TICKET_TicketID empty in new emails?

Hi, I am trying to create a HTML signature that should reference the ticket ID, but it is not working. I am using as my variable, but it shows as '-'. What could be the cause of this? -- Best regards / Met vriendelijke groet, Aron Rotteveel
