Hello everybody, I just installed OTRS on a CentOS server, everything works normally, but I can not find documentation for LDAP, telephonique view, creation of tickets.
You know if there is a forum in Spanish, French.
My English is not very well so I ask for help.

you should definitively have a look (DO NOT MODIFY THIS FILE) into /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm

There you will find example configurations for kinds of LDAP connection (Agent, Customer, Data, etc. beside Radius, HTTPBasicAuth, etc.)
